This is one of my absolute favorite smoothie recipes. However, I have always loved chocolate and raspberry together. If you aren’t a choco-ras fan, I still suggest giving this a shot because it’s not the same as eating a piece of chocolate with raspberry.
You can also add a tablespoon of cashew butter to this recipe to give it a little higher fat content. Otherwise, it’s got a good balance of protein and carbs, which makes it a great post-workout smoothie.
And TRUST ME – if you’ve never had cauliflower in a smoothie before, you won’t taste it one bit. It’s very neutral.
Ingredients:
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup organic raspberries
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (opt.)
- 1/4 cup maca powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Ice
Blend well and Enjoy!
